Raw alternative with accessible nutrients to keep you energised and satisfied - 2 cups nut milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 2 gloves garlic 
- 1 tsp ginger 
- 2 tsp aminos 
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice 
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt 
- 1/2 avocado
